Politica di Cancellazione

Please read the booking rules below carefully.

When the reservation is confirmed by e-mail, a credit card number will be requested as a guarantee or the payment of a deposit (excluding tourist tax and optional services) no later than 3 days from the date of confirmation of the booking.

In case of non-receipt of the deposit by the dates indicated, the reservation will be considered void.

The amount of the confirmation deposit is equal to the amount of the first night in the case of longer stays or 50% of the total cost of the room for one night stays.

As required by the civil code in art. 1385, will not be refunded in case of late cancellation or no-show.

Payment methods accepted: bank transfer and credit card. The balance of the reservation must be paid upon departure. Any extras must be paid for before departure.

PRE-AUTHORIZATION:

Hotel Minerva reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card prior to the client’s arrival by requesting a pre-authorization from the relevant circuit. With the pre-authorization, the hotel guarantees the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, or part of it, to ensure that the credit card is valid. NO AMOUNT IS COLLECTED. The pre-authorization expires automatically after 20 days from the requested date and the amount is released. In case of pre-authorization with a negative result, the customer will be notified and the reservation will be canceled. In this case, the hotel will have no obligation towards the customer.

Extension of stay:
The extension of the stay requires an additional reservation, and is subject to availability and rate changes.

EARLY DEPARTURE:
The guest who anticipates departure must pay a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining amount of the stay.

3.Tourist Tax
The cost of the tourist tax amounts to € 1.00 per day.

4.Cancellation Policy (individual bookings)
Any cancellation of booking must be communicated in writing. In case of cancellation or changes made up to 2 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellations after the aforementioned deadline, the cost of the first night for each canceled room will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee. In the event of a deposit paid by bank transfer, this will be retained and the difference withdrawn by credit card.

5.NoShow: (no-show)
In case of no-show, the deposit will be withheld, or the cost of the first night will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee.

PETS:

In our hotel pets are welcome!
For the respect of the other guests and for the common rules of hygiene, the owners must ensure that the following rules are respected:

• Communicate the presence of the animal at the time of booking.
• We accept small and medium sized dogs, in each room it is allowed to have a maximum of one pet
• The cost of their stay varies from € 5.00 to € 10.00 per night, due to a more thorough cleaning of the room and with adequate detergents and sanitizers compared to normal.
• In the common areas of the hotel, animals must be brought on a leash or in a special cage.
• The customer must be adequately equipped for the well-being of their pet, including pet carriers and travel kennels.
• It is absolutely forbidden to let the animal get on the beds, armchairs, chairs, tables etc.
• Pets cannot be left alone during the day in the rooms.

We trust in the common sense of the owners so that the presence of their animals does not become a nuisance for other guests.
